Pledge Campaign

Pledge Campaign shows a Ministry Platform pledge campaign's progress and lets people make a pledge. It replaces the stock MP "Make a Pledge" widget.

Attribute	Description
`campaign-id`	Required. The MP Pledge Campaign ID. The stock name `pledgecampaignid` also works.
`email-template`	MP Communication ID for the confirmation email sent after a pledge. Recommended. The stock name `pledgeemailtemplate` also works.
`suggested-amounts`	Up to 3 comma-separated amounts for quick-pick buttons. Default `30,50,100`; `NULL` hides them. The stock name `suggestedamounts` also works.

Shows the campaign photo, description, and progress (pledged vs. goal, with a received marker). When a campaign has no goal, it shows the totals without percentages.
People choose an amount, a frequency, and start and end dates, and see the total pledge and number of installments as they go.
Guests enter their name and email. Signed-in users pick themselves or someone in their household, and get a warning if that person already pledged.
The form is hidden when the campaign is closed to online pledges or has ended.
After a pledge, the campaign's thank-you message is shown, with a button to pledge for someone else.

User Login on the site if you want household members to pledge without retyping their details
