Terms of Service
Last updated: 2/28/2026
By using Firesky ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization (e.g., a church), you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and in a manner that does not harm others or the Service. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- Activity under your account and by users you invite
- Ensuring that any CHMS credentials or API keys you provide are used only for your church and in accordance with the applicable CHMS provider's terms
You may not use the Service to violate any third-party terms, circumvent security measures, or engage in fraud or abuse.
Content and data
You retain ownership of content you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display that content as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., displaying church info in widgets, fetching data from your CHMS). You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you provide.
When you connect a church management system, you authorize us to access that system on your behalf to provide widgets and tools. We store credentials securely and use them only for the purposes you configure.
Fees and payment
Some features may require payment. We will communicate pricing and billing terms before you are charged. Free tiers and trials may have limitations. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.
Termination and data deletion
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these terms, non-payment, or other reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. Churches can permanently delete all church data at any time from Settings—we delete everything. Upon termination or deletion, we remove your data in accordance with our practices, except where we are required to retain it by law.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
